We may collect personal identification information from Users when they register for on-line or phone support or register their details in our software.

  • To send Users information regarding Dataverse products, services, and events.

How long will we hold your data

Dataverse will only hold your personal information securely for the period of time that it is actually needed to serve you relevant information about the products and services we supply.

  • The right, where there is a dispute in relation to the accuracy or processing of your personal data, to request a restriction is placed on further processing;

  • The right to lodge a complaint with the Data Privacy Authority.
